About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, configure, integrate, operate, and support the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
Perform platform customizations, integration work, and application development.
Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and incidents.
Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations to minimize disruption.
Maintain security configurations and collaborate with InfoSec.

Hands-on Software Developer & Application Administrator with experience in application administration, platform customization, and development.
Experience with supported technologies (e.g., .NET/C#, JavaScript, REST APIs).
Ability to manage integrations with external systems via APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and platform health monitoring.
Skills in creating technical documentation and training materials.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver configurations and documentation.

Administer and configure the Icertis platform: tenant settings, contract templates, workflows, security roles, user provisioning and access controls.
Develop customizations and extensions using supported technologies (e.g., .NET/C#, JavaScript, REST APIs) to meet business requirements.
Build and maintain integrations between Icertis and external systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, CRM, CPQ, billing) via APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
Implement, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for Icertis deployments.
Monitor platform health and performance; troubleshoot incidents, manage SLAs and coordinate fix/rollback plans.
Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches and configuration migrations with minimal business disruption.
Maintain backup, recovery and security configurations; work with InfoSec on audits, data protection and role-based access controls.
Work with business stakeholders (Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance) to gather requirements, deliver configurations and provide training and documentation.
Create and maintain technical and user documentation, runbooks and knowledge-base articles.
Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and assist with data migrations, contract ingestion and metadata mapping.
Recommend and drive technical improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk.
