About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- To manage the warranty of BS New Projects in the Spain and Italy area.
- Ensure that customers are provided with the highest levels of service in regards to the warranties on products and services.
- Provide customer service, managing and tracking warranties, monitoring and evaluating warranty claims, and working with suppliers and vendors to resolve customer warranty issues.
- Work with management to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service in regards to warranties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background.
- Experience in warranty management within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to standardize and improve workflows.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer service orientation and focus on quality of execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting.
- Ability to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions.
- Proficiency in common business software (Excel/ERP tools is a plus).
- Fluent in Spanish or Italian, and English.
