About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Taking on on-call duties in an international environment
- Acting as service delivery manager for new and long-standing customers
- Providing software support, including documenting incoming service cases and their resolutions
- Collaborating on software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
- International project commissioning and post go-live support
- Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
- Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
- Processing change requests for existing customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with 24/7 on-call 2nd level support
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Knowledge of automation environments / warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with logistics IT environments
- Good written and spoken English and German
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with complex software architectures
- Experience in Java software development (minimum 3 years professional experience preferred)
- Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
