Spare Parts Sales Manager – Central Europe

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for pro-active sales of spare parts through self-developed sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing
- Follow up and analyze the spare parts area
- Improve representation towards the customer through marketing-related measures (online presence, uniform presentations, creation of flyers, etc.)
- Increase the spare parts business through proactive sales-promoting measures
- Develop new sales strategies
- Conduct analyses/evaluations to identify growth opportunities
- Plan and implement customer visits and presentations
- Forecast planning for incoming orders
- Collaborate with various markets and marketing for sales campaigns
- Develop strategic partnerships and a uniform sales team
- Documentation and maintenance of corresponding tools in the SP area (CRM/Salesforce/SAP)
- Global coordination/meetings to identify further sales measures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in pro-active sales (preferably parts or component business)
- Distinctive and strong communication skills (telephone + personal)
- Very good analytical skills and market knowledge
- Proficient in using the leading MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams etc.)
- High sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent and work independently, goal-oriented, sustainably and in a structured manner
- Characterized by team spirit and willpower
- Enjoy working together with team colleagues and supporting departments to achieve goals
