About the role
- You will be part of Intercompany Hub Team responsible for IC AP invoices processing and month-end activities.
- Support the IC AP/GL/AR team in performing daily tasks in the following areas:
- Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting system
- Ensuring timely posting of documents
- Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers
- Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices
- Assisting in the preparation of control reports and their analysis
Requirements
- You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
- You speak English to a communicative degree
- You know MS Excel on a very good level
- You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience
