About the role

  • Maximise share of business opportunities in specified geographical area
  • Sell the full range of Linde Material Handling Equipment
  • Present targets agreed with Sales Director
  • Ensure agreed service levels are maintained and customers retained
  • Identify and promote business opportunities
  • Maintain relationships and develop opportunities with existing customers
  • Attend and participate in regular sales meetings

Requirements

  • Direct sales experience, ideally capital goods equipment or logistics
  • Product, sector and industry knowledge, commercially minded
  • Knowledge of storage and logistics systems
  • Understanding of marketing principles and account planning processes
  • Able to communicate convincingly both orally and in writing to all levels
  • Numerically competent
  • PC literate
