About the role
- Oversee various projects of significant magnitude in complexity, cost, time-constraints, staffing, and equipment
- Provide direction to project team including assignment of responsibilities, tasks and technical functions
- Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints
- Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies
- Analyze project profitability forecasts and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Provide Project Management Practices and Solution Development Leadership to Pre-Sales efforts
- Develop detailed project schedules inclusive of engineering, installation, and integration activities
- Apply systems engineering principles in project execution and pre-sales, including developing and validating customer business case, proposal, estimate, and high level schedule
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in material handling industry
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong Project Management background
- Team leadership and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects
- Must have knowledge of the constraints and methods for defining and demonstrating equipment, subsystem, and system performance criteria
