About the role

  • Deliver on Customer Projects.
  • Execute installation efforts at customer sites under the safest conditions, providing the highest quality, in the most efficient way and achieving world class customer satisfaction.
  • Play a key role in crafting the future of our installation processes.
  • Lead a team of highly skilled professionals and drive the successful implementation of our innovative solutions.
  • Ensure flawless execution and customer happiness.
  • Coordinate Mechanical Installation, Electrical Installation, and Pre-Commissioning of Dematic solutions.
  • Develop and manage project costing, budgets, and business plans.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation, drive efficiency, and reduce waste through innovative installation improvement initiatives.
  • Build impactful project installation strategies and programs in close partnership with the installation function.
  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a group of extensively trained Project Installation professionals, ensuring we meet all business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record to effectively guide an assembly of Installation Resources at every level.
  • Proven track record in driving coordination and support of project execution teams in areas such as: Subcontractor management and labor planning, Project planning and document control, Material delivery, scheduling, and management, Contract management and customer correspondence, Risk mapping and proactive alert management.
  • History of effectively driving and managing change within a sophisticated international matrix organization.
  • Outstanding team-building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency and break down barriers.
  • Experience with labor planning, budgeting/forecasting, project planning, site management, installation, contract management, materials management, and lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Technical knowledge of the material handling industry, supply chain, or material handling solutions is advantageous.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. However, demonstrated experience and leadership skills are highly valued.
