About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and create engaging e-learning course content using authoring tools such as RISE, Storyline, and other Articulate tools.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and other stakeholders to transform course content into learning experiences.
Use multimedia technology and authoring tools to build innovative and engaging e-learning content.
Conduct instructional research and needs analysis.
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
Design and develop exercises and activities that improve the learning process.
Develop supporting multimedia material (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.).
Conduct quality assurance reviews on courses and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
Experience working in a global environment dealing with multiple cultures is preferred.
BS or MA degree in related field (instructional design, educational technology, education) or equivalent experience and education.
Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese is a plus, but not required.
English proficiency required.
Ability to participate in early morning and occasional evening meetings with global partners is required.
