About the role
- Design and create engaging e-learning course content using authoring tools such as RISE, Storyline, and other Articulate tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers and other stakeholders to transform course content into learning experiences.
- Use multimedia technology and authoring tools to build innovative and engaging e-learning content.
- Conduct instructional research and needs analysis.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods.
- Design and develop exercises and activities that improve the learning process.
- Develop supporting multimedia material (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.).
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on courses and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in e-learning development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global environment dealing with multiple cultures is preferred.
- BS or MA degree in related field (instructional design, educational technology, education) or equivalent experience and education.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese is a plus, but not required.
- English proficiency required.
- Ability to participate in early morning and occasional evening meetings with global partners is required.
