About the role

  • Design and develop complex mechatronic products from concept through release
  • Create, model, and modify parts and sub‑systems using Siemens NX
  • Lead and participate in design reviews, providing technical guidance
  • Support manufacturing, quality, procurement, operations, sales, and installation teams
  • Plan and support low‑ to medium complexity product development projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of industrial equipment or machinery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering required; professional license is mandatory
  • Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and drafting, preferably using Siemens NX
  • Strong understanding and application of engineering standards such as UL, CE, and AWS
  • Experience using GD&T, FEA, and familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools; Teamcenter experience is a strong plus
  • Communicates effectively in English and Spanish
