About the role
- Coordinate and manage the design and integration of AMR equipment within material handling systems
- Configure AMR fleet management software and lead hardware and software commissioning at customer sites
- Define mid- and high-level AMR system behaviors to ensure optimal system performance
- Drive equipment build and acceptance testing activities, ensuring compliance with specifications
- Establish, document, and maintain baseline system performance and capabilities
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers during on-site implementation
- Support customer transition to live operations and contribute to on-site user training programs
- Collaborate with internal teams and Customer Service to support issue resolution
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in AMR or mobile automation integration
- Strong interest in high-tech automation solutions within industrial environments
- Solid understanding of automated handling systems, electronics, equipment functionality, and maintenance
- Hands-on experience installing and commissioning AMR, AGV, or mobile automation systems
- Ability to design and troubleshoot control, communication, safety, and power systems
- PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and structured working approach.
