About the role

  • Provide first- and second-level support (24/7) via hotline and email, including documentation of incoming service cases with solution descriptions
  • Produce detailed descriptions of technical concepts and change requests, and adapt processes in the SAP WM / EWM environment
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to work with clients on system and process improvements
  • Support and assist during project phases such as testing, commissioning, go-live, and ramp-up domestically and internationally
  • Visit customers on site to familiarize yourself and, if necessary, your colleagues with the systems, prepare training materials, and deliver customer training

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or completed vocational training with a relevant background
  • Initial or several years' professional experience in customer service, warehouse management, or SAP
  • Strong process knowledge in the SAP modules SAP WM / EWM / MFS or comparable WMS solutions
  • Practical experience with automated warehouse processes and a good understanding of these is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
  • Service- and customer-oriented working style with a confident and friendly manner
