About the role

  • Assumption of on-call duties in an international environment
  • Service delivery manager for new and long-term existing customers
  • Carrying out software support including documentation of incoming service cases, with descriptions of solutions
  • Collaboration on software projects (CS, MU, PS, IS)
  • International project commissioning and after-go-live support
  • Service support for existing customers (WCS, MFC)
  • Software development for WCS, MFC and OFS systems (PTL, PbV)
  • Processing change requests for existing customers

Requirements

  • Experience with 24/7 on-call second-level support
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Knowledge of automation environments / warehouse management systems
  • Familiarity with logistics IT landscapes
  • Good written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience with complex software architectures
  • Experience in Java development (minimum 3 years professional experience desirable)
  • Confident handling of databases (Oracle)
