  • Act as the liaison between regional leadership, business stakeholders, and SAP/ERP development teams to design and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Dive into financial and operational data to validate requirements, identify gaps, and support decision-making.
  • Support ERP transformation activities, including testing phases (UAT, SIT, DITL), issue resolution, and template alignment.
  • Build strong relationships with regional leaders and help drive solutions by translating data insights into business recommendations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions, maintain visibility into deliverables, and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
  • Manage the intake, tracking, and communication of reporting requests across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and limited information—you adapt quickly and stay solution-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities; you can explain technical or data-heavy concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting/analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AfO), Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • ERP implementation exposure preferred, especially SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle.
