About the role

  • Manage complex projects from start to finish
  • Partner closely with the Contract Manager and project core team to define project scope
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time, on budget, and with quality
  • Accountable for all customer communication and documentation
  • Scheduling Contract Review team meetings with the Contract Manager
  • Collaborating with the Project Planner to maintain the project schedule
  • Supervising and managing overall project budget and schedule
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Service at project close-out

Requirements

  • Solid track record in project management
  • Cooperation with the Site Manager and the EHS&S Group on the safety of people, systems, and the environment
  • Conducting project assessments and capturing lessons learned
  • Accountability for project Risk and Opportunity management
  • Organization and management of the project team and resources
  • Ensuring that customer and partner concerns are addressed and resolved effectively
  • Conducting all required project team meetings
  • Reporting project status to program, portfolio, business unit, regional, and/or global Management
  • Preparing monthly PSR workbooks with support from project controlling
  • Maintaining good control over the cost development of the contract against budget
