About the role
- Actively maintain an expansive product knowledge to provide outstanding qualification to leads.
- Oversee inbound calls and digital enquiries, managing workloads in CRM for KPI achievement.
- Provide outstanding professional service to customers across various platforms.
- Seamlessly integrate marketing content into customer touchpoints, warm cold leads.
- Act on campaign directives to maximise success in budget achievement for material handling equipment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate professionally.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
- Formal qualifications in sales/marketing preferred but not essential.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and solution seeking.
- Demonstrate good time management skills.
- Call Centre and CRM experience is advantageous.
