• Provide recommendations based on investigation findings and consult HR leadership on next steps
• Document investigations thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Consult and provide guidance to HR business partners and generalists in lower risk complaints to enhance knowledge and capabilities
• Manage investigation tracking method and report on trends
• Identify, design, and provide education opportunities for People Managers and HR Community on key topics and trends in Employee Relations
