About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategically prospect new clients and business opportunities using internal databases and organic research;
Make initial contact with leads, using a consultative and personalized approach via phone, email, WhatsApp and other communication channels;
Qualify leads based on profile and conversion potential, ensuring greater accuracy in the sales process;
Schedule meetings for the sales team, directing qualified opportunities aligned with the company’s strategies;
Input, update and manage information in the CRM, ensuring organization and efficiency in tracking the sales funnel;
Build relationships with potential clients, supporting their journey until they are handed over for negotiation;
Monitor performance indicators and metrics, analyze results and propose continuous improvements to prospecting and outreach strategies;
Prepare management reports related to commercial activities and prospecting performance;
Work in partnership with the sales and marketing teams, contributing to growth initiatives and strengthening results;
Perform other duties inherent to the role and as required by the commercial department.
