About the role

  • Overall technical responsibility for solar tracker systems and support structures in the AgriPV environment
  • Planning, design, and conceptual development of tracker and support-structure systems
  • Selection, evaluation, and technical approval of suitable PV tracker and steel-construction systems
  • Ensuring quality, performance, and lifetime across the entire lifecycle
  • Responsibility for maintenance, servicing, and lifecycle concepts
  • Technical assessment of site, ground, and system risks
  • Close collaboration with engineering, EPC, and construction teams

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Steel Construction, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the utility-scale PV sector
  • Demonstrable, in-depth expertise in solar tracker systems
  • Strong understanding of planning, system design, and technical system responsibility
  • Experience with lifecycle, maintenance, and O&M (operations & maintenance) topics
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
