About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Safety Excellence by driving a proactive safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with Kinrise HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk and hazard management, including assessments, investigations, corrective actions and audits.
- Champion Health & Injury Management by overseeing occupational health, wellness and hygiene programs.
- Manage end‑to‑end workers’ compensation claims and early intervention processes.
- Act as the key liaison between injured workers, treatment providers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage site environmental compliance, including EPA licences and trade waste requirements.
- Lead local HSE improvement programs, including Never Walk By initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing safety programs in FMCG manufacturing.
- Significant experience in workplace rehabilitation and return‑to‑work injury management.
