About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Safety Excellence by driving a proactive safety culture.
Ensure compliance with Kinrise HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee risk and hazard management, including assessments, investigations, corrective actions and audits.
Champion Health & Injury Management by overseeing occupational health, wellness and hygiene programs.
Manage end‑to‑end workers’ compensation claims and early intervention processes.
Act as the key liaison between injured workers, treatment providers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
Manage site environmental compliance, including EPA licences and trade waste requirements.
Lead local HSE improvement programs, including Never Walk By initiatives.
Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing safety programs in FMCG manufacturing.
Significant experience in workplace rehabilitation and return‑to‑work injury management.
