About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and embed a strong quality and food safety culture across the site.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, customer, and Kinrise Quality & Food Safety requirements while driving continuous improvement.
Provide visible leadership in quality and food safety.
Define, implement, and monitor site quality and food safety priorities, objectives, and improvement plans.
Maintain site certifications, HACCP programs, Approved Supplier Programs, and compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
Lead investigation and analysis of consumer and customer complaints, identify trends, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
Partner with Production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Develop and deliver annual quality and food safety training plans.
Lead customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
Oversee supplier quality performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years’ experience in a Quality Management role within FMCG food manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead and coach teams to improve food safety and quality culture.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, auditing standards, and food safety legislation.
Experience with budgeting, change management, and project management.
Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
