About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical documentation.
Design standardized policies, runbooks, and workflow processes.
Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, etc.) to streamline processes.
Manage technical knowledge repositories (Confluence, Notion, GitHub Wiki).
Collaborate with Development and QA teams to validate and update information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Systems, Software, Industrial, Telecommunications, Control Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical documentation within software development environments.
Knowledge of architectures, APIs, QA, and deployments.
Proficiency with technical knowledge management platforms.
Excellent technical writing in Spanish and English.
Preferred: Experience as a Technical PM, QA Lead, or Scrum Master.
Knowledge of process automation (Zapier, Make, etc.).
Experience in companies developing banking or other vertical software.
