About the role

  • Strategic planning and leadership
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer success
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and define actions
  • Operational project management
  • Independently manage onboarding for new customers — from setup and configuration to go-live
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, responsible for schedules, milestones, and communication with all stakeholders
  • Team leadership and development
  • Support and coach the Customer Success team to promote best practices in customer care
  • Regular training and feedback sessions to drive continuous improvement
  • Long-term customer support — proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable
  • Point of contact for technical questions; coordinate with the engineering team on complex issues
  • Contribute to and optimize internal processes, templates, and tools
  • Develop scalable processes for onboarding, customer management, and project governance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, IT project management, or technical customer support — ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in strategic planning, process development and optimization, and agile project management
  • Ideally, previous leadership experience
  • Strong customer orientation, organizational skills, and a structured, solution-focused approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills — within the team and especially in customer interactions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and common collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Miro, Office365
  • Technical understanding of software solutions and data structures
  • Excellent German and English skills (C2)
