About the role

  • Act as the primary commissioning contact, ensuring systems are installed to strict guidelines and policies within specified timeframe.
  • Ensure asset information is accurately captured and entered to online platform provided internally or externally from client.
  • Provide in depth troubleshooting remotely and conduct advanced fault finding & troubleshooting.
  • Support Project Manager in successfully delivering all projects within project timeline, liaising with communication teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend system handover meetings with project team and client when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  • Knowledge & understanding of Network Concepts & Protocols.
  • Knowledge & understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms, Microsoft Pro Portal.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills in IP technologies, also in Support or Service desks environment.
  • An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.
  • Ability to read and work to schematic drawings.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work as part of a global team and on an individual basis.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and proactively.
