About the role
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for digital platforms (social media, website, ads, events, and campaigns).
- Handle on-set video production including lighting, sound, framing, and camera operation.
- Direct and manage video shoots, including talent and production setup.
- Ensure high-quality visuals and audio in all video outputs.
- Edit raw footage into compelling final videos aligned with creative briefs.
- Add sound design, music, voiceovers, color correction, and basic VFX.
- Optimize video formats and resolutions for different platforms.
- Work closely with designers and social media teams.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual narratives.
- Stay updated on motion design, video, and digital content trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Producer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong knowledge of filming techniques, lighting, and sound design.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a creative eye for visuals and composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of the gaming industry and its community is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
