About the role
- Drive the development of creative pricing solutions
- Provide counseling and support to attorneys
- Work with attorneys to develop proposals and renegotiate arrangements
- Work directly with clients on pricing-related issues
- Partner with Business Development on pricing strategies
- Set up matters for tracking and monitoring progress
- Address budget overruns and support budget revisions
- Develop training materials related to matter pricing
- Stay informed of current pricing trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years pricing and related experience, preferably in a law firm
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills
- Superior organizational skills
- High level of proficiency across Microsoft suite of products (Excel Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI etc.)
- Ability to protect and maintain confidential and sensitive information
