About the role
- Manage a book of Insurance business.
- Use experience, discretion, and independent judgment to conceptualize and implement solutions to meet client needs as to coverage and costs.
- Collect and analyze client information.
- Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist the Producers for new and existing clients as needed.
- Achieves established sales goals.
- Provides marketing expertise.
- Provides networking opportunities.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active property and casualty license
- 2 – 5 years of personal lines insurance agency/brokerage experience
- Experience Cross-selling and Upselling
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Insurance sales experience
