💰 $50,000 - $60,000 per year

About the role

  • Processes payroll and benefits, in compliance with all applicable Federal and state rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Enters payroll, benefits, and related data into computer systems, and maintains information system database.
  • Reconciles transactions and records according to policies.
  • Ensure accuracy in processing payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
  • Assist with the biweekly payroll processing within Paylocity.
  • Work with Payroll & Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefit-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll and benefits information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • At least two years’ experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
