About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations, imports and exports.
- Write clear specifications for Integration work for mutual sign off.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the integration strategy and tooling.
- Provide 3rd line support for complex issues, including root cause analysis, performance tuning, and bug fixing.
- Triage and escalate issues to the development team where appropriate.
- Document integration processes and support resolutions to build internal knowledge.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and the rollout of new features.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure platform integrates with student records, finance, and access control systems and performs reliably.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integration (REST/JSON).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
- Solid understanding of C#, Angular and Razor in a production environment.
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., student records, finance, access control).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team.
