About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations, imports and exports.
  • Write clear specifications for Integration work for mutual sign off.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the integration strategy and tooling.
  • Provide 3rd line support for complex issues, including root cause analysis, performance tuning, and bug fixing.
  • Triage and escalate issues to the development team where appropriate.
  • Document integration processes and support resolutions to build internal knowledge.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and the rollout of new features.
  • Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure platform integrates with student records, finance, and access control systems and performs reliably.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API integration (REST/JSON).
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
  • Solid understanding of C#, Angular and Razor in a production environment.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems (e.g., student records, finance, access control).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team.
