  • We’re looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join our North American Product team, based remotely. You’ll be right at the heart of the action—keeping our cloud platforms stable, secure, and fast-moving.
  • Resolve infrastructure-related issues, shape and streamline helpdesk processes, manage releases, and automate wherever possible.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS—and the confidence to move fast in either.
  • Proven ability to write, manage, and validate infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Solid Ansible skills (you know your playbooks, and you keep them clean)
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud networking—virtual networks, VPNs, proxies, firewalls, the works.
  • Confidence troubleshooting across Windows, Active Directory, and complex cloud setups.
  • A knack for explaining complex tech in simple terms, especially to non-tech teams.
  • Experience using ticketing systems (like Jira) and improving support workflows.
  • Awareness of cloud security best practices—and how to apply them in real-world environments.
  • Experience with SQL Server, SMTP, IIS, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Curiosity about AI and a positive, practical attitude toward how it can support and streamline tech operations.
