About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Director of Select Dealer Management is responsible for managing a portfolio of Kinetic Select Dealer relationships
  • Accountable for delivering best-in-class service to our Select Dealers
  • Strong focus on increasing revenue and profitability for the Select portfolio
  • Maintain a regular onsite visit cadence with all relationships in their assigned portfolio
  • Create risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio and for individual dealers
  • Maintain regular collection and review of Select dealer financials and health metrics
  • Propel Kinetic Advantage’s brand by subscribing to the Company’s Mission – Value – Principles and operating with the highest level of integrity
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously while delivering consistent results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in automotive commercial lending
  • 5+ years’ experience managing floorplan credit lines for medium to large independent dealerships
  • Strong grasp on the automotive industry with significant experience and knowledge of the wholesale market
  • Strong sense of urgency with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to leverage a consultative sales process to overcome customer objections and communicate Kinetic Advantage’s value proposition
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Demonstrated success as a consistent top performer
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Nights and weekends could be required
