About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver compelling, customer-specific demonstrations of Kinective’s Data Warehouse and BI tools
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer data environments, use cases, and decision-making needs
  • Respond to technical questions throughout the sales cycle, bridging the gap between what customers need to know and what the product can do
  • Guide partners through the onboarding and integration process for Kinective’s data solutions, providing hands-on support
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners post-sale, monitoring solution performance and providing proactive recommendations
  • Stay current on trends in fintech, data, and business intelligence to bring relevant insights into customer conversations and internal strategy discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting role, preferably in fintech, data, or a related technology environment
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, BI tools, and analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing partner or customer relationships through onboarding, integration, and ongoing enablement
  • Genuine curiosity about the fintech and banking industry, with the drive to stay current on trends
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and comfort navigating ambiguous technical challenges across internal teams and customer environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is warmly considered
