About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support cloud infrastructure and operational work that improves reliability, scalability, and delivery consistency for the Data Intelligence platform.
Assist with environment setup, deployment support, and platform operations alongside engineers.
Build automation that reduces manual effort and increases repeatability (scripts, workflow improvements, tooling).
Contribute to Infrastructure as Code patterns and configuration automation (Terraform/Ansible exposure helpful).
Help maintain and improve CI/CD workflows (build/test/release) to reduce pipeline friction and improve deployment reliability.
Add lightweight “release safety” improvements where appropriate (e.g., pre-deploy checks, automated validations, safer rollout patterns).
Support monitoring/logging improvements (dashboards, alerts, basic observability signals) and assist with troubleshooting using logs/metrics.
Improve operational clarity through practical runbooks and process documentation that helps teams respond consistently.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Working knowledge (coursework/projects are fine) in some of the following: Linux fundamentals and scripting (Bash/Shell or similar)
Git/version control fundamentals
CI/CD concepts or tools (any exposure is fine)
Containers (Docker) and basic orchestration awareness (Kubernetes exposure is a plus)
Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform/Ansible exposure is a plus)
Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP exposure is a plus)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative working style.
