About the role
- Define and drive product releases for your Kinective product line, supporting banking and fintech stakeholders
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product features and user stories with actionable acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to design scalable, secure, and high-performing product capabilities and integrations
- Own and prioritize the product backlog so development teams can focus on the highest-value work
- Continuously refine user stories and requirements as new insights, feedback, and priorities emerge
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring ideas turn into practical solutions
- Coordinate product releases, including defining scope, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring teams are ready for launch
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience within a Product Management organization or industry equivalent knowledge.
- Proven success in delivering, implementing, or supporting products from concept to launch.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing, launching, and/or iterating on products.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figjam or similar platforms.
