Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau
Develop KPI frameworks for recurring revenue and FinTech financial performance metrics
Create scalable semantic layers and curated datasets for Finance and business stakeholders
Improve dashboard performance, usability, and adoption across the organization
Translate business requirements into technical BI solutions that deliver data-driven insights
Build and maintain robust data models within data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery
Integrate high-volume datasets from ERP, CRM, billing, and other key operational systems
Own BI reporting for SaaS-style KPIs including ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40, gross margin, and EBITDA
Build automated reporting layers for board-ready and investor-ready financial dashboards

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics roles
Advanced SQL expertise with experience modeling large-scale financial and operational datasets
Deep experience building dashboards and semantic layers in Tableau
Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses
Proven ability to combine and reconcile data across multiple enterprise systems
