About the role
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging industry developments to inform product strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis to identify emerging strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of competitive intelligence data, battlecards, and insights for executive stakeholders.
- Perform win/loss analysis, including direct prospect/client interviews, to identify specific decision drivers & trends in our opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for product and sales teams.
- Assist Product Strategy leaders in the development of the product roadmap by providing market feedback and research to aid in the prioritization of future product innovations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to internal teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, with a focus on product analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (data visualization experience a plus).
- Knowledge of the banking and fintech industry landscape (Preferred).
