About the role

  • Analyze existing customer business process in tight cooperation with stakeholders
  • Define “state-to-be” – optimised business processes
  • Implement improvements via automation and agents to identify automation opportunities
  • Design and deploy AI agents using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc
  • Integrate AI solutions with customer tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, Slack, Notion, Gmail, Hubspot)
  • Test, monitor, and fine-tune AI agents to ensure reliability and performance
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and client teams, customer stakeholders, and process owners

Requirements

  • 0.6 —1 year of hands-on experience with no-code / low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make
  • Solid understanding of automation workflows, APIs, REST, and webhooks
  • Basic experience with AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering concepts
  • Familiarity with Python or Node.js for scripting or custom integrations (a plus)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to design scalable automation flows
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
