About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Align with company and subsidy tuition strategy, goals, and objectives
  • Acquire agency contracts and review agency requirements
  • Process and maintain authorizations and secure reimbursements with centers and agencies
  • Complete accounts receivable transfers, discounts, adjustments, re-bills, refunds, and follow-up on balances
  • Review attendance documents and complete billing according to agency guidelines
  • Prepare and distribute reports, monitor unusual items, and resolve or escalate issues
  • Audit and reconcile center financial records and make appropriate adjustments
  • Maintain subsidy records according to agency guidelines and company policies
  • Build relationships with field operations and child care agencies
  • Participate in huddle calls and center director meetings
  • Prepare audit documentation and report agency audit notifications
  • Own assigned centers and complete functions accurately and on time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma required
  • Bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable experience preferred
  • 10-key proficiency
  • Strong digital literacy with financial systems and general office software
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and email
  • Customer service, professionalism, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal organizational skills and learning agility
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines by prioritizing work in a multi-task environment
  • Ability to work overtime hours as needed
