About the role

  • Optimize and further develop the analysis strategy of our data products with an omnichannel approach
  • Further develop funnel and competitive analyses to support Sales, Marketing and digital products
  • Design and produce regular reports, presentations and ad-hoc analyses, derive clear recommendations for action and consolidate management information
  • Close collaboration with Data Engineers, software developers and stakeholders
  • Audience-appropriate visualization using dashboards

Requirements

  • Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence and/or statistics
  • Solid knowledge of data-processing programming languages (Python, R), SQL and BI solutions (Power BI)
  • Experience tackling complex analytical problems
  • Ability to independently identify and highlight optimization potential
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset with a strong focus on innovation and solution orientation
  • Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Good German language skills at B2 level, ideally C1
  • Desirable: experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), web analytics tools (Google Analytics), server-side tracking, DevOps, data governance
