About the role

  • Independent outreach to our existing customers

Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing is desirable; career changers are welcome
  • Availability of at least 25 hours per week

  • Confident, empathetic, and persuasive manner in customer interactions
  • Comfortable with both customer support and active sales
