About the role
- Independent outreach to our existing customers
- Proactively scheduling appointments for consultations at our retail stores
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships
- Telephone-based customer consultations regarding products, pricing, and the process of KIND consultations
- Working independently based on clearly defined targets
Requirements
- Experience in telemarketing is desirable; career changers are welcome
- Availability of at least 25 hours per week
- Enjoyment of structured, goal-oriented customer communication and a performance- and results-oriented work style
- Confident, empathetic, and persuasive manner in customer interactions
- Comfortable with both customer support and active sales
- Strong customer and service orientation and a high sense of quality
- Independent, reliable, and self-driven working style
- Motivation to take on new tasks and to achieve goals together
