About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and contact target prospects (SMEs/mid-market companies, 20–300 employees) through direct outreach, LinkedIn, and networking (multi-channel prospecting)
- Process and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing to maximize conversion rates
- Build and manage your sales pipeline methodically, from first contact to contract signing
- Discover prospects' needs and propose tailored IT solutions, with support from the technical team
- Manage your first signed clients: satisfaction, renewals, and identification of upsell opportunities
- Provide regular reporting via CRM and contribute to the team's sales reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience required, ideally in IT services or tech
- Comfortable with prospecting: you are not afraid of cold calling or cold emailing, and you know how to follow up effectively
- Curious about technology: you don’t need to be a technician, but you are genuinely interested in IT topics
- Strong listening skills and customer focus: you know how to ask the right questions and identify real needs
- Initial experience in an IT environment, MSP, or managed services provider: a definite plus.
