About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the proper operation and security of IT systems and networks while providing high-quality technical support to users.
  • Provide user support for hardware, operating systems, office software and network issues.
  • Handle recovery requests reported by our clients.
  • Process support incidents and requests escalated by the hotline support team.
  • Perform equipment maintenance through remote management actions or on-site interventions.
  • Drive recovery operations in compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Create and update IT documentation and distribute intervention reports.
  • Improve and automate administrative processes and write administration procedures.
  • Participate in identifying needs and provide technical advice to clients.
  • Manage client security incidents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, MCSE).
  • At least 5 years of experience in advanced systems and network management roles, with demonstrable technical leadership.
  • Excellent project management, communication and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Deep knowledge of systems and network architectures, including recent technologies in virtualization, cloud computing and cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience managing large virtualized environments and administering complex networks.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing advanced security solutions, including intrusion detection and prevention systems.
  • Strong scripting and automation experience to improve operational processes.
