About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensures the proper operation and security of IT systems and networks while providing high-quality technical support to users.
  • Diagnoses and resolves IT issues (hardware, software, networks) remotely or on client sites.
  • Provides user support, trains users, and advises on IT best practices.
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of IT services, including maintaining and updating technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, strong attention to detail and organization, ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude.
