About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensures the proper operation and security of IT systems and networks while providing high-quality technical support to users.
Diagnoses and resolves IT issues (hardware, software, networks) remotely or on client sites.
Provides user support, trains users, and advises on IT best practices.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of IT services, including maintaining and updating technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and listening skills, strong attention to detail and organization, ability to work in a team, and a proactive attitude.
