About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create materials with KPIs to understand and support the client in managing their IT system
Analyze tickets, follow up, handle licensing, operational maintenance actions (MCO), backups, disaster recovery and business continuity plans (DRP/BCP), etc.
Monitor compliance with commitments: technical analysis of tickets, SLAs
Support change initiatives with a clear, educational approach
Conduct cost analysis and optimization; manage budgets (CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, ...)
Coordinate all IT stakeholders, both at the client and within Kincy
Track projects and client issues; break down and monitor project workstreams
Define short-, medium- and long-term IT roadmaps
Contribute to audits by listening to users and company executives
Understand the client's business objectives
Understand the client's IT challenges, their infrastructure and the broader IT system
Coordinate
Clarify technical and regulatory issues
Advise on IT governance and optimization
Recommend technical solutions to prioritize preventive measures over reactive fixes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in leading and coordinating projects
Strong listening, analytical and synthesis skills
Adaptability, quick thinking, and autonomy
Professional, reassuring and persuasive demeanor; strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and methodical work style for tracking multiple concurrent topics
Ability to simplify technical jargon, be pedagogical, and support change management
Professional working proficiency in English
Solid technical knowledge of infrastructure, systems and networks
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite
