About the role

  • Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email and virtual meetings
  • Managing and nurturing a sales pipeline through the full sales cycle
  • Conducting discovery calls to identify business needs and challenges
  • Presenting Kinatico’s SaaS products, focusing on value and ROI
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • Confident and engaging in phone, email and video conversations
  • Passionate about helping customers and solving real-world problems
  • Motivated by targets and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to grow in a SaaS business
  • Positive, proactive, and thrives both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (inside sales, customer service, or retail)
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn, grow, and make a real impact
