Key responsibilities & impact

Lead adhesives procurement category responsibilities for NA & EM Segment stakeholders
Develop and modify strategies through the strategic sourcing process
Lead negotiations or drive RFx processes for selecting suppliers
Negotiate commercial terms for supplier relationship management
Provide risk mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and price trends
Build partnerships with strategic suppliers for innovation and value creation opportunities
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex supply issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business, supply chain or related discipline
5 + years’ experience in Procurement or other supply chain related function
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Cross functional collaboration and influencing
Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in heavily matrixed organization
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
