About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritize the Product Lifecycle backlog, translating business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria that maximize product value.
- Lead the planning and delivery of Product Lifecycle enhancements, partnering with Product Management, UX, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Define and communicate product priorities and release plans, balancing business value, technical debt, innovation, and team capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet customer and business needs.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to the Agile delivery team, removing blockers, clarifying priorities, and driving successful sprint outcomes.
- Ensure quality through backlog refinement, acceptance criteria validation, user acceptance testing, and adherence to Definition of Done and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery and launch activities across engineering, UX, testing, DevOps, legal, training, documentation, marketing, and support functions.
- Support sprint reviews, product demonstrations, release planning, and rollout activities to drive successful adoption and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, leading digital products that support supply chain, product lifecycle, or enterprise systems.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle processes and systems across Product Lifecyle Management, Supplier Lifecyle Management and/or Master Data Governance.
- Customer-centric mindset with design thinking skills to understand the customer's needs, drive research, design with empathy, understand customer engagement and apply whole-product thinking.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
