Key responsibilities & impact

Define and own the eCommerce five-year vision
Lead and develop the eCommerce Annual and Strategic Business Plans
Provide people leadership for eCommerce Gig program
Evaluate and recommend marketplace expansions
Own the eCommerce assortment strategy
Manage efforts to ensure KCP products rank well in search results
Mentor sales, finance, RGM, and marketing teams
Lead product launch gate processes
Develop and evolve eCommerce playbook
Partner with RGM, Consumer and Category teams for Price Pack Architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or sales
Proven track record in eCommerce and omnichannel business
Deep understanding of eCommerce trends, best practices and tools
Demonstrated leadership skills
Innovative and creative thinker
Well organized and disciplined planner
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills
Must be PC proficient
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
History of working with sales and marketing teams
