Lead development and execution of corporate affairs and communication strategies for IFP in key ANZ markets
Enhance company reputation and ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Oversee regulatory and policy matters and provide strategic advice on regulatory issues
Drive employee engagement and internal communication regarding corporate affairs and strategic initiatives
Serve on the regional business leadership team to contribute to strategy development, engagement, knowledge sharing, capability building, and brand growth
Build and maintain relationships with government officials, industry associations, media, and community leaders
Lead media relations including preparation of press releases, speeches, and communication materials
Develop and implement crisis management plans
Monitor regulatory developments and advocate for policies supporting business goals; represent company in industry forums and policy discussions
Oversee CSR programs and initiatives reflecting company values
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or communications, with a significant portion of that experience in the ANZ region
Proven history of strategic leadership and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of the ANZ region's regulatory environment and business landscape
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
Experience in crisis management and reputation management
Ability to lead and inspire a team
Travel may be required within the ANZ region
